Please read the following information before submitting an order form:
Online Order:
- All items are not returnable/refundable.
- All prices do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs will vary depending on the order and location of delivery. Welcome to inquire about the costs via email in advance.
- The store only accepts payment via PayPal and credit cards.
- The default shipping method is registered mail. If you want to ship the items via unregistered mail, please leave a note when placing the order.
- Your purchase detail (including the total amount and the shipping cost) will be sent to your email address within three days of your submission. Please contact me directly via email if you do not receive an email after three days.
- Please kindly make the payment within three days of the invoice; otherwise, the order will be cancelled.
- Items will be shipped within one week of your payment date. (The shipping date may be delayed due to natural disasters, war or any other events of force majeure.)
